According to a Bloomberg article, Johnson & Johnson issued a recall last week of 5,000 vials of their schizophrenia drug Risperdal Consta.  The recall was issued after, “routine analysis showed one lot of the injected drug was contaminated with alternaria alternate, a common mold found in the environment.”

The lot originally had 70,000 vials and J&J recalled the remaining 5,000.  According to the article, no complications have been reported yet.
