Brian handles all types of personal injury cases, from a simple car wreck to complex pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. He has successfully tried cases to verdict and has settled many more for clients who have been injured because of someone else’s poor choices. He takes satisfaction in helping injured clients navigate the confusing and frustrating world of a lawsuit from start to finish. When he makes the decision to take a case, he aggressively pushes it towards trial or settlement so that clients can get resolution and move on with their lives.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Brian worked in the fields of social work and public health. He obtained his Masters in Public Health in 2006, and utilizes that background in cases involving difficult scientific and medical issues.

Brian, originally from Beaumont, Texas, now resides in Fort Collins, Colorado, with his wife and four children. He’s actively involved in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Foothills Rotary Club. Outside of his professional life, Brian is an enthusiastic exerciser and has a deep passion for history.
